Staff: referrals and rewards
Rewards are approved automatically when the CRM marks a referred lead FITTEDand the firm has an agreed rate: reward = that rate × the CRM commission on that job. Nothing is a flat fee.
Reward rates are agreed per firm (optionally overridden per product) and can only be changed by the owner. There is no default: a firm with no rate earns no reward and its referrals stay pending – rate not set.

Nothing here pays anyone. “Payable now” = approved rewards past the 7-day hold, plus approved rewards from firms flagged same-day. Bank/NI details are masked; Reveal shows them for 60 seconds and is logged against your name.
