What “exclusive” means here
An exclusive lead is sent to a single firm. It is not auctioned, split between four or five competitors or re-sold later. The homeowner is not chased by a queue of salespeople, and you are not racing three rivals to the first phone call. How we qualify before an enquiry reaches you
Before a lead is delivered we check there is a working phone number or email, record what the customer wants, and score it using BANT (budget, authority, need, timeline) and ANUM (authority, need, urgency, money). Leads are labelled HOT or WARM so your team knows who to ring first. Read more on the qualification page.
